New sample of application for change foreign loans borrowed by enterprise in Vietnam in accordance with Circular No 25/2014/TT-NHNN dated 15 September 2014 of State Bank of Vietnam guiding the registration procedures, registration of changes in foreign loans borrowed by enterprise.

- Pursuant to Decree No.219/2013/ND-CP dated December 26, 2013 of the Government on management of borrowing and repayment of foreign loans by enterprises;
- Pursuant to Circular No.12/2014/TT-NHNN dated March 31, 2014 of the State Bank of Vietnam regulations on foreign borrowing conditions of business;
- Pursuant to Circular No .... /2014/TT-NHNN dated January .... 2014 .... State Bank of Vietnam guiding the registration procedures, registration of changes in foreign loans borrowed by enterprise;
- Pursuant to the loan agreement signed with the foreign party (parties) dated ... / .... / ...;

IV. COMMITMENTs
1. The undersigned (representative of the borrower) commits to be responsible for the accuracy of the information recorded in the registration application to change the foreign loans and the attached documents in application files for registration of change of foreign loans borrowed by borrower.
2.
