EXPERIENCE:

Bao Tri obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading in United Kingdom. Having worked in major law firms across the region, including Vietnamese law firms, Malaysia law firm and China law firm, Bao Tri is familiar with the regulatory environment of emerging China-ASEAN regional trade.

His experience has seen him be involved in commercial disputes adjudicated under the rules of the ICC and VIAC. As also a part of the firm’s Corporate and M&A, Bao Tri has been involved in general commercial advisory for numerous disciplines.
